Now that your wallet is setup, we need to configure it to connect to Binance Smart Chain, this is easy to do and easy to change between networks using the button near the top of the app.<\/p>\n

Click on \u201cCustom RPC\u201d if you have not previously added the BSC testnet information.<\/p>\n

New RPC URL:\u00a0<\/strong>https:\/\/data-seed-prebsc-1-s1.binance.org:8545<\/a><\/p>\n

ChainID:\u00a0<\/strong>97<\/p>\n

Symbol:\u00a0<\/strong>BNB<\/p>\n

Block Explorer URL:\u00a0<\/strong>https:\/\/explorer.binance.org\/smart-testnet<\/a><\/p>\n

Then press \u201cSave\u201d<\/p>\n

STEP 6: Claim Testnet Tokens from Faucet<\/b><\/p>\n

Now that you are connected to the BSC testnet network, you need some funds for your wallet. Go to the following link to start the process:\u00a0https:\/\/testnet.binance.org\/faucet-smart<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

Bring up your MetaMask extension and click on your wallet address\/account name. This will copy your wallet address to the clipboard for you to paste into the box on the faucet screen.<\/p>\n

Make sure you claim some tBNB and also tEXOS in \u2018peggy tokens\u2019 so that you have a range of tokens to play around with in the testnet. Keep in mind each wallet can only claim from the faucet once per time period which increases each time you use it. So you might want to come back a few times if you would like all the tokens. When finished, click on the MetaMask extension to confirm you have received the funds.<\/p>\n

You will notice BNB shows up here but some other tokens may not. If they do not you need to click \u201cAdd Token\u201d.<\/p>\n

You will then need to click on the \u201cCustom Token\u201d tab and enter the token\u2019s contract details, then click \u201cNext\u201d followed by \u201cAdd Tokens\u201d.<\/p>\n

tEXOS token contract details are as follows:<\/p>\n

Token Contract Address:\u00a0<\/strong>Check transaction in explorer. Look for the symbol name, ie tEXOS.<\/p>\n
